Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

 

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can track your order's progress using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that shipping times may be delayed during busy holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at the moment. Only in the land of Singapore.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition. We'll do our best to make it right.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
